THE PEOPLE BEHIND KANSAS CAPITAL
More than 25 years in finance, investment and real estate. He began his career with five years at SSI, among Vietnam’s first generation of investment advisers.
Eighteen years at Nam Long Group (2005-2023) at the most senior executive level. He served in turn as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and sat on the boards of several of the group’s subsidiaries and joint ventures. 2005–2011 - Finance and investment: he led financial management, investment management, and the formation of joint ventures with foreign partners and investment funds. 2011–2023 - Marketing and sales: he led marketing and sales across the group’s entire portfolio, from the EHome, EHomeS, Flora and Valora product lines to the Mizuki Park, Akari City, Waterpoint and Izumi City townships.
Few people in this industry have held the finance, investment and sales seats within the same group. That combination shapes how Kansas Capital works today: we understand a developer’s capital structure, and we can take the product to market ourselves.

Ms Nguyen Thi Thuong holds a Master’s degree in Finance and serves as Vice Chairwoman of Kansas Capital, responsible for running the firm — from its organisational structure and the allocation of resources between projects to oversight of delivery quality.
She brings more than a decade of experience in real estate. At Nam Long Group she managed the group’s entire marketing and sales budget, giving her direct command of the cost of selling across every product line and every stage of a project. This underpins one of our commitments to developers: selling costs are controlled from the planning stage and do not run over budget.
Her financial background also supports our investment and underwriting work, where every commitment carries a specific capital and risk question.
